Tradolux is provided as-is for general market analysis purposes. You agree to use the platform lawfully and in accordance with all applicable regulations in your jurisdiction.
You agree not to: use Tradolux for any unlawful purpose; attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the platform's data or AI outputs without permission; interfere with the service's operation; or misrepresent your identity. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Tradolux and its content, branding, and AI-generated analysis tools are owned by Herold Pierre, doing business as Tradolux, or Tradolux's licensors. You may use the platform's output for your own personal, non-commercial trading decisions; you may not redistribute, resell, or use it to build a competing product.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe, at the price shown at checkout. New subscriptions may begin with a free trial; unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will start and you will be billed automatically. You may cancel at any time by emailing contact@tradolux.com; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you'll retain access until then. We do not provide refunds for partial or unused billing periods, except where required by law. If we change subscription pricing, we'll notify active subscribers at least 30 days before the change takes effect; the new price applies starting at your next renewal.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the effective date above will reflect the most recent revision.
